Cancellation Policy
Appointment Booking Policy Effective 10/23/2025 At Artful Awakening, each session is offered with care and intention. Whether you are booking an Energy Healing or Intuitive Art Session, these guidelines help ensure a clear, respectful, and harmonious experience for both client and practitioner. Booking Appointments Sessions are offered remotely (via Zoom, phone, or distance) and, when available, in person. Appointments can be made through the Artful Awakening website and scheduled up to 60 days in advance. You’ll receive confirmation and preparation details once your session is booked. Energy Exchange & Payment A full payment is required to secure your session. Online payments are accepted via the Artful Awakening website. Confirmed bookings always honor the rate in effect at the time of payment. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide 24–48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit or session fee. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable. If illness or emergency arises, please reach out promptly—exceptions may be made at the practitioner’s discretion. Late Arrivals Please join your session on time to receive its full benefit. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be shortened or marked as a no-show. Energy Healing Sessions Energy Healing promotes balance, relaxation, and clarity. Sessions are typically remote; for distance healings, you may rest, meditate, or go about your day. A brief post-session reflection may be provided to support integration. Intuitive Art Sessions Intuitive Art is a creative, energetic practice that encourages self-expression and connection to intuition—no artistic experience needed. Sessions may be in person or online. Prepare your space and materials as outlined in your confirmation email.
