Journey Of Transformation

This painting is layered with multiple paintings completed over the last year and a half. It began as a meditative prompt from an intuitive painting class, but transformed into a visual symbol of my own personal healing journey. A transformation of remembering and documenting my growth and healing. It was also an exercise in not getting attached to what's on the canvas, but staying in the present moment, even if that meant covering up another painting.
